    Ricoh MPC3001 & GMAIL

    I need acquire MPC3001 for my client.

    I need configure EMAIL and i have view more problem with GMAIL and other model Ricoh.

      Obviously you haven't spent much time searching here or Google. I have posted the attached a number of times and it can be found with a quick search for gmail SMTP.

          this client used MPC2800 and i have ask with Ricoh support .... reply ... no is not compatible. Change Machine.

              Ricoh just wants to sell new equipment. The MP C2800 does not support SMTP over SSL but5 can be used for Gmail port 25 service, see the link I posted earlier.

              The MP C3001 does support SMTP over SSL but might require installing a site certificate. See Global Knowledge Base Answer ID 132699 for details on how to install a site certificate. Only install the site certificate. Do not attempt to add a Device Certificate or you might not be able to get back into WIM.
