Ricoh Pro C poor transfer to thick/plain paper

    Hello,

I have this unit that was working fine until today. The machine was installed a month ago and has done 40K so far. Total counter 6MIL.
Suddenly it started to print washed out prints on thick/plain paper.
After investigating found that image is good on IBT but doesn't transfer well to paper. Print is good on thick paper. (on the picture you can see difference)

    Found one publication that says:

CAUSEInsufficient bias current of the PTR in LL condition (especially using plain paper)
SOLUTION1. Change the setting values of SP2369-001, -002, -008 and -009 to "110%".2. If the problem cannot be solved, change the settings of SP2369-001, -002, -008 and -009 to "120%".

    This didn't help!

After couple hours trying everything I did Memory clear. After that machine started to throw error codes, so I have input values from factory data list. That helped and machine started.

First PS Test page was perfect, but after couple copies it faint.
It's OK for now, but I wonder if could go bad tomorrow and what would be the solution.

    Thank you

    You're missing Black & Yellow!!!

Print out a Copy Color Calibration sheet and see if Black & Yellow are missing there!

If they are missing, It could be your HV board failing!

      Thank you for your reply.

Like I said in first post, image looks great when stopped on IBT.

            Hi there...
Since the image is OK on the belt ,then make sure the transfer roller is in the right position or even the belt is latched correctly...

            Thanks...

I don't know what happened, but there were only 3 kind of paper. All 3 thick.
I don't have Media Setting Tool, is there other way to add papers in media library?
