Ricoh MPC capable of 13 x 19

I have a customer with an MPC2050 asking for something capable of printing 13 x 19.
I never heard of it before so I am throwing it out there to the experts.
Any recommendations?

To my knowledge you are looking at a substantial upgrade. the only current models that I am aware of that are the MP C6502/7502 and the Pro 5100S/5110S. They will do up to SRA3/13 X 19.3. The MP Cxx03 line will only do 12 X 18.

Thanks, they might be overkill since they only run about 3,000 per month

As Slimslob mentions, the MP C6502/8002 has a maximum feedable paper size of 13x19.2 per the product support guide. The maximum image size on these boxes is 12.71x18.9.

Other than the D135/D136, you'll need to move into the production boxes to get 13 x 19 media to pass through. Though I hesitate to label the Pro C5100/5110 as true production. :-)

Just bear in mind that the MP C6502/8002 doesn't have a smoothing roller or a cleaning web in the fuser. So you might be rebuilding the fuser more often due to the customer complaining of lines 11" apart on their larger media.

Welcome to the PRO series color boxes. The MPC series won't do it......................
