    password reset for ricoh spc232sf

    Hi Guys
    Could someone tell me how to reset the password on the spc232sf machine please.
    Got a customer who changed the default password however the guy who changed it has now left and no one knows the password.

    Your help is appreciated

      I think the only way to do it on one of these things is a full engine initialisation and reset in SP modes. Have you tried Admin074?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          yes tried Admin074 just in case but not having any of it unfortunately

          is it under factory default on this machine,don't know these machines too well tbh

              Init Engine Eeprom I think it is. Only down side - it clears EVERYTHING. Counters included.

                  Have you tried user name - Supervisor with no password? I know that will let you and allow you to change the admin passwords on the MFP's but I do not recall if that will be the same on the 232sf.
