Some do, some don't. Nature of the beast unfortunately. If you're going to do the dev, don't forget the stupid seal kit.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

What image condition caused you to believe the drum needed to be replaced. The only problem I have had so far is a charge roller that need to be cleaned.

Quality of paper used can effect the life of PCDU components.

went to a 4054 today with 270k and haven't replaced anything yet. I did order the 240pm kit for it, I know its going to need it before to long. I was rather impressed with it so far. I have about 6 or 7 of these so hope this is a good thing.

We have 3 of these p.o.s. giving us grief.
mind...that's out of a total of 30 or so in the field.
We are installing tray heaters as standard to solve the ridiculous curling issues in humid environments.
There's one we have that had backgrounding issues from new that has taken us 2 months to resolve...(dodgy I.D sensor).
Another has a similar fault that keeps us on the hop.
So far...not a fan of this box
