    Equitrac installation

    We were stuck on this problem( see attached picture).We used the same PCC software on two MFP. One machine is working but the other one is not. Can you help me?IMG_20160321_163032.jpg

    What are you using as the server address, an IP or hostname? DNS and domain entries in? Can you ping the server from the MFP? Are both MFP's the same model?
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Did you purchase one only Equitac software package an then install it on both machines ?
      Or did you purchase two separate software package$ ?

        If both devices are configured the same I would check the Embedded License assignment

          The fact that the buttons are showing up on the MFP screen seem to indicate that the MFP is talking to the EQ server.

          I would suspect a licensing issue more than anything else.
