MP C3001 Yellow Toner Pump

I got a real head scratcher here

MP C3001 will NOT load yellow toner. So naturally I believe it is the toner pump, so i replace the toner pump, with a used one, and then a new one. Also gave it a brand new toner, new hose, and new pcu...nothing.
The toner is turning...but the toner pump just does not seem to be pumping...it is plugged in properly, i know that, but no toner is getting through the hose to the toner pump except a tiny bit which i believe is probably just from the force of the toner bottle turning and pushing the toner down ever so slowly.

I'm not getting any codes...i know in the past i have been able to run a machine with it completely missing a toner pump, just to see if it coded or wouldn't allow me and it was fine. So could it be that just the yellow toner pump is not getting power to it?

Any suggestions or help? I'm all out of ideas! Thanks!

Did you clean the toner sensor? I have had the same thing happen. Clean the sensor and the supply assembly.

Other then above I would pull the bottle out and inspect the supply area i have had those sliders stuck so they aren't opening the shutter on the bottle you can compare it to the next bottle over, I also use my vacuum with a long skinny hose and suck out anything that might be clogging that area where the bottle shutter is supposed to open. It also very well could be a crappy pump i have had faulty ones right out of the box, maybe try another pump as well.

Alright i replaced the sensor and still nothing...and i know it is not the actual toner pump itself or i would be going on my third toner pump. Anything else?

Alright I figured it out!

After following all the wires and cutting many ties...I traced it all the way back to the wire harness into slot CN207. The male end in the top left was bent and not connected into the female end. Whoever tried to connect it before hand though screwed up the plastic in the female end of the wire harness by trying to force it in so i had to replace the whole entire wire harness.

Just thought i'd share if this helps anyone in the future! Thanks for the suggestions!

Did you do the whole turn off toner detection 3045 to 0, then reboot and turn it back on and reboot. Other then clearing out the toner lines, clearing the passage under the bottle and trying a 3rd pump thats new thats all I got.
