after PCU change Ricoh Aficio 1224...

Hello

I have a very strange problem with a Ricoh Aficio 1224C.

I have installed a new PCU and done the settings etc...
While I was installing it, there was 90g paper in the magazine, also the first prints with the new PCU where made on this paper.

Now, when I fill in 80g paper the printig quality is very bad, however with the 90g paper its normal.

I never had this problem before, does someone know how to fix it?

is this 80gram paper damp? verify this by putting it back through the machine to see if the cq improves.

I had a machine do this but on double sided.The CQ was awful on 1 side but fine on the other.It turned out to be the paper being damp like Leo said.
