A 302 is a charge roller bias leak, its the tab or spring bent or dirty going to the charge roller, or the roller its self is bad. Plus the fuse number starts at 21 and goes up. I think you got some bad info. Mongo

I replaced charge roller and checked connectors but problem not solve . before occurs a short circuit in this device and i founded that and replace FU14 and door is open error solved. in this case i found this:

      FU5
      6.3A / 125V
      6.3A / 250V
      SC302, or SC403, or SC405 displayed

Can you tell us where you got this. According to my service manual and the Gooses Guide, SC403 and SC 405 do not exist. My service manual also shows fuse numbers starting at 21 as mongo stated.

Are you sure you have a power supply from a MP 4000 and not one from a MP 4002? Or are you working on a 208 Volt model? 208 volt model will have different power supply.

Directly to the high voltage board.
