Aficio 1075 loosing developer

Hello, the machine starts throwing developer into a photoconductor case. I put another case with photoconductor and developer case from another functional machine, and still having the problem. Anyone had this problem?? Thanks

If the developer is only leaking out of one end of the case, I'd see if the machine is level.
If the developer is leaking from the entire length of the developer roller, there might be a problem with the charge or developer bias. Perhaps the drum ground is bad, too. Although the machine would be making bad quality prints as well if any of those were the case.

It may be leaking from the dev bushings, and slapping in another dev unit with leaky bushings won't help. Replace them quickly and vacuum the machine well before it leaks into the feed units and then you may need to replace them, too.
