    [Jamming] mp6500

    hi fellas i have misfeed in fuser unit sensor it's wrinkled behind pick off pawls .and my client uses 70 g paper it's happens intermittently 1 or 2 every 150 . i changed pick off pawls but no avail. any clue

      I'm not sure about that machine, but on the smaller machines if I changed the pawls I changed their springs as well.
