    mp7502 sc540-03

    We have one that we have changed the web motor on as per the service manual but it has come back in anyone seen this thanks

    theres a tech pub on this where you replace the web drive assy and change a setting in service mode.

          Just FYI you can use the Charge cleaning motor, but you'll have to splice the longer harness onto it.

            I've also had to replace the fusing wiring harness. On the rear side of the fuser tray, where the interface connector is, the wiring could get crimped when you remove/insert the fuser. That didn't fix the problem immediately. I had this problem once, replaced all PWB's associated with fusing, but didn't fix the problem until I replaced the fuser. Go figure.
