    Aficio MP2000 scanning problem on Windows 10

    Hi, i have been installing printer and scanner (scan to smb) on Aficio MP2000 on various OS (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1) with no issue. I now install the printer on Windows 10 and works fine. My problem is scanner (scan to SMB). I use the same procedure from the previous OS but it is not working. Is there a procedure how to set up scan to SMB on Windows 10? Thank you very much.

          Try creating a standard account with full permissions to access the folder.

              Check the firewall settings. If the computer has McAfee installed you may have to contact McAfee for instructions as to how to keep it from blocking.
