1022 paper feed clutches

I've got one of these old dogs in a low volume environment that needs paper feed clutches. I have a set for the 2022 and higher models, which I would think are compatible, but before I drive a couple of hours away I want to make sure that I'm not going to need to end up ordering an older set of clutches.

You're good to go.
I think the older style just had the locking clip attached to the clutch - maybe even the early 2022's
The new style clutch just needs a plastic C-clip to hold it on

Thanks for the confirmation. Most of my business now is IT related, but I've had a few reliable low volume customers that have older equipment that I need to visit maybe twice a year just to check up on. I've let most of the older 22/27 models stay out in the field since all of their PM parts are compatible with the newer models, plus they're just so damned reliable.

Until the plastic flanges that hold the hot roller bearings break. I even had on where on of the plastic posts that hold the cleaning roller bushing break. Cleaning roller would slip out of position and cause one end or the other of the pressure roller bearings to kick out of place.

Just use the heat tube bearings for the 35/45 series with the extra ring. It rests on the metal sides of the fuser and keeps the heat tube in place.
