    2045e finisher sr 790 problem

    I have a Ricoh 2045e .when the finisher is not connected it will deliver the copies to where ever I set it to. either internal tray 1 or 2 but as soon as I
    connect the finisher it only sends copies to the finisher shift tray 2 .
    any ideas anyone ?

      Sounds like it could be firmware related. You might want to start by updating the machine and finisher firmware.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

          Is sort mode on by default if it is then with the sorter it will get send to SR tray from memory.
