    Aficio 3025 dirty lines on back page

    Afico 3025, changed drum, however see a dirty fated band on back of the page, leading edge side. most of time it only appears on the first page of copies. any clues. thanks.

    There's only one fix for that, a developer change and be sure and set developer according to the manual.

      Dirty transfer roller. Replace it. There is also a setting in SP for transfer roller cleaning. Set it after you have a new roller installed.

        Check the paper transfer roller.

          And take note use original toner you will not have these issues

              Toner right or wrong, if you push the transfer roller to far past recommend PM, you will get about 1/2 inch of background on the lead edge of the back of the paper.

                I used to have a blue million B039's in the field, and they suffered from this issue. When you replace the transfer roller and turn on transfer roller cleaning and it doesn't fix it, refer to my first post.
