I know this topic has been covered before, and I've tried all the fixes that others have found. This C2551 pretty much refuses to communicate with any of the PCs connected to its network when it comes to scanning to folder. Print jobs work just fine, however. The connected PCs do not have password controlled user accounts at all, but refuses to show folders when looking through the network on the manual search function on scanning. It will either give me an error about the authentication being invalid or the destination could not be searched. I'm returning to try to the WIM, but something tells me I won't have much luck. I must be missing something here.

Re: C2551 and Win10 - Scan to Folder issues
It is updated to 10.63, that's the bizarre thing. I'm going over the other firmware I might have missed to see if that helps, but I don't think it will.Comment

Re: C2551 and Win10 - Scan to Folder issues
Generally, the issues with scan to SMB on a Home version of Windows are an incorrect Workgroup name, incorrect set up for share permissions, or poorly configured AV.Comment
