MPC 6502 / 8002 Duplex Jamming

I have an MPC 8002 jamming in the duplex just on the exit of the unit, the sensor, which is situated below the feed registration, has been replaced but the paper keeps getting stuck just on its way out of the unit just past the sensor, the paper does not clear the sensor so I assume it is looking for it. Its very consistent. Normal copying is fine but as soon as I duplex it jams as soon as its going to print the second sided as mentioned. I have checked the back for any paper stuck.

Any help would be great as I am stuck :-)

Check the bulletins, there is an "updated" exit unit available for this model. I had BOTH the exit rollers (old type) "shift" and rub on frame, and also found a "broken" drive gear driving the "cooler" roller and causing a jam.
