MP 7500 firmware update error 32

I am trying to update the firmware and the machine stayed in loading for 20 minutes plus so I turned it off, yea I know you're not suppose to, but never the less it came back with the error code 32 the panel displays "reboot after card insert E32 Euphrates ef in card1/1
not sure what the euphrates thing is about. After numerous attempts to reboot I finally replaced the controller board same thing. Any help out there?

Reset E32: 1,4,3,Clear/stop x 3, reboot
(I have no idea what "euphrates" is either )

Probably caused by Defective SD card, and/or firmware files

The Euphrates is the model of finisher tacked on the side.

That was the firmware that was downloading when this all happened, thanks again
