[Misc] Fax failed to receive in sleep mode Ricoh MPC4501

Hi all,
Working on Ricoh MPC4501
Customer use analog line to receive fax. However it would not pick up the incoming fax when in sleep mode.
While copier is active functions mode it works okay.
The fax is set on automatic receiving.
What else i could do with this issue?
Any advice . Thanks.

upgrade the firmware to correct wake up issues
