MP4054 Scanner / Send Settings / Divide & Send Email not working

Hi!

I have set up Divide & Send Email (Yes, per Max Size.) on our MP4054 in Scan settings but can not get this to work. It only sends one mail, even if I have this setting set and a Max Size per 10000KB (max allowed by SMTP is 20000, so it should be OK) and should split up mail per Max. Number of Divisions 500.
I have tested sending several mails outside the printer, with our SMTP-server, and it works.

Do you guys have any ideas what to look after?

Is there any known issues with this in firmwares?

Depending on mail server configuration the raw *.dat files and the associated email will be deleted as being untrusted. Also, does your client know how to concatenate the raw data back into the intended file type? Most folks are largely clueless about this. Likely better to split by pages than by max size as I believe you will get multiple *.pdf (or whatever you chose) files rather than raw data files.

If you have it set for Divide & Send, it will only divide if the size of the attachment exceeds the maximum email size that you have set. The only customers that I have had that needed to send very large attachments are city governments and they have internal Exchange Servers set to no limit because they frequently need to send documents between departments that are 300 to 400 pages in length.
