Machine warms up comes to ready and jams at reg. roller everytime. Now when I print out counter it works fine. Jams also when trying to print test page in SP mode. Don't think it's actually a registration problem! Jams from all trays bty.

Update! Powered main off then machines running. They use this copier hard for EVERYTHING! Print,fax,scan. Could memory be full causing this? -

A flaky relay or registration sensor would be the most likely cause. Does it register 17 all the time or is there a concurrent 5x or 6x code?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Timing error in engine. If engine firmware is not 1.63:01 or higher you need to update firmware. Could also be slippage at the vertical transport roller or the motor running slow.Comment
