[Error Code] SC 672-11 On Ricoh MP C306

I am getting this error code only if the machine is in sleep mode and someone sends a print to the machine. I have had success restarting the machine and sending a print job, and it prints successfully throughout the time the machine is "awake". But once it goes to sleep and someone sends a print job, this code is thrown. I have double checked the wires from op panel to board. Also, I have checked the dip switches on the op panel, and everything is as it should be. Has anyone seen this? FYI this machine is about 2 weeks old.

i would update firmware first.

Don't update the package firmware. There is a bug in it and it will lock up at the Cheetah app. The only fix is to replace NVRAM which is on back order with no ETA.

I would make sure all machine frimwar is current, java is current, and then update the SOP frimwar and all it's APP's

had the same problem solved after update firmware
