    Ricoh 401/350/1035/1013

What would cause copies to get lighter on multiple runs; can be seen on the 2nd copy. Single copies no problem. Also I have a problem with the Ricoh 1035 copiers keeping them toned up. I've tried new developer and adjustments with SP's 2220 and 2802. I'll have the copies looking good before I leave yet the copies will be right back looking undertoned on my next trip or at least lighter than when I left.
I have found a source for drums for the Ricoh 1013 yet I can't find the blade is it true they're not available or is there a source for them.

Wow, that's a lot of questions!

Firstly, that sounds like either a drum charge (not quenching properly) or laser problem. Not seen it personally. When's the last time it had a drum and charge roller?

Second, look inside the toner hopper. When you take the cap off, there should be four mylars. If not, replace this cap (A232 3240). Are you using OEM toner too?

As for spares, I wouldn't know sorry.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.
