HI,

Customer installed an 431DN on the network.
Printer is working fine but sometimes its given an "RC gate communication error"

Probably an adjustment in WIM ?

RC Gate is part of the @Remote reporting function. On the larger models it can be cleared with SP5-816-209, this will completely clear the @Remote settings.

If that SP mode doesn't exist on this model, try SP5-816-003 to 0.

Set SP 5816-001 to 0 to turn off @Remote.
