    MP 2852

After a lot of justification, I've convinced one of my clients to upgrade their existing 1022's to a few 2852's. It looks like firmware has fixed a lot of issues with this series, but what other quirks are there?

From looking at the forums, it looks like the SC issues from bad controllers were mitigated by firmware, and the machines they're looking at aren't in the range that were affected. Are the newer PM parts backwards compatible, or are the older parts able to work in this series?

Just looking for as much of the inside scoop as I can get from those of you seeing this series every day.

Sent from my BlackBerry using the Android app.

I use all the same fuser parts as the 1022s, never had an issue. Also compatible PCUs rather than rebuilding it.
