    MP2352, MP2852 & MP3352

What exactly is the difference between these machines because the IPU and the BBC are thesame yet D1205740 Controller board is still showing SC995-03
meaning incorrect Controller board. Any useful information will be appreciated

I think you have to replace both units BCU and the IPU so the speed of the machine matches.

Ok but what exactly is responsible for the machine speed apart from the Controller. Can anyone help?

It looks like there is an nvram on the BICU and the controller. I'd guess you have to replace both of those and the faster controller. Or buy a 3352 and stop trying to make a slower one faster.
