Hello Experts,


I am getting SC868 error on my Ricoh machine. I have tried to search on the internet and here on copytechnet and it looks like the SD card is gone. Please note I am not an expert on Ricoh machines and just wondering if it is possible to fix the existing SD card, if yes then how is it possible? I have tried ebay for a used card but can not find anything. I would really appreciate if someone can help me getting this resolved.

What is the label on the SD card say. Most of them can be ordered from parts as a service spare.

MPC2800 only has 2 slots the sd cards are for options such as postscript,extended security, java etc the print and scan is embedded
if you remove the sd card do you still get the error
