    Ricoh AFICO MP6001 SC490



    I have a Ricoh Aficio MP6001 with a SC-490 code, The Operation panel message prompts to turn off/on to reset code but the wrench coninues to come back and the code does not clear.
    has anyone had this problem that could help?

      C'mon.....This is one of the most basic, and easy to resolve Errors there is, and you've done NOTHING to help yourself!
