    Ask scan to win10 To upgrade the firmware or using ftp good

      Contact your Ricoh support site and request the Custom/Special firmware.

          For mp C4500 latest firmware didnt fixed scan to folder on win10 ( i guess is the same for mp ) . Maybe clients accepts scan to mail or you make a ftp config. Good luck

              Special/Custom firmware is available for both the MP 4500 and the MP C4500. Or at least in North America.
