Aficio MP 7500 display language

Hi all,

Sorry for double thread,

I needed firmware for Aficio MP 7500.
I have a machine MP7500 which have the German language menu, I need to change the language to English but seems to have to change the firmware.
Which are correct firmware, for printer, System Engine, LCDC and NIB.
On my machine I have installed only German language and all the functions are in German, I do not understand, and so I need the English language menu.

Is there any other way to change the language display menu from Deutsch to English.
Attached I send you a document with the configuration list,

Please if anyone can help me on this issue, unfortunately I do not have access to the ricoh portal to download needed files,

Normally 2 languages are installed on an older machine, I have seen newer models with all languages installed. In User Tools it is the button below the "EXIT" that toggles the display language. If the language yo want is not available you will need the language firmware.

Yes, you are right, I have no choice for another language, only the German language.
Could you please send me the English language firmware.

Contact your Ricoh support site and request the Custom/Special firmware.
or contact your local Ricoh Dealer and get them to request it for you

There is no such thing as English Language firmware. The is only the Language Module firmware. When you load it, you have to select the 2 languages you want installed.

Contact your Ricoh support site and request the Custom/Special firmware.
or contact your local Ricoh Dealer and get them to request it for you

I do not have the ability to contact my local dealer because is to much expensive, that's why I turn to you in this forum.
Please if you can help me regarding this case and give me instructions on how to get the English language for my machine.

make this kind of thing without knowledge is quite dangerous, you can find you with a bigger problem at the end.best mobe is to call your Local dealer.
