    sc440 in mp5001

    Dear all,

    One of my customer's machine frequently generates sc 440.
    I replace transfer unit and transfer high voltage board. I also replace drum unit with development unit.
    Please guide me.

      Service manual refers to PWM adjustment so the ID sensor could also be at fault.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

          did yo check transfer motor .it's overload problem .so what about main motor. did yo checked new transfer unit.

              I replaced transfer unit by properly working condition machine but problem not solve

                  i had a brand new machine do this to me. climate controlled room had vent blowing directing onto machine, moved the machine two foot and it quit coding. the vent was putting moisture into the paper and causing the code when paper crossed transfer roller.

                      as LNorris said ya i met that before one of my foolish customer spell water in to duplex and paper get out moisturized.and one by one machine become hot .finally to express time. he got Hair Dryer in trays lol .and machine worked like ashamb .
