MP C6501 toner spilling from ITB cleaner unit

I have been battling this problem for approximately a month now.all the firmware is up to date.the entire ITB unit, and ITB cleaner unit both have been replaced. The ITB cleaner unit actually has been replaced twice. Also the toner collection coil has been replaced.
I am able to vacuum and clean everything up , and the Machine appears to be running properly, but after approximately 200 to 300 color pages toner will start dripping from the lead edge of the ITB cleaning unit onto the pages passing through the machine.
Using output mode I can check and see all the cleaning system turning, as I would expect it to be.
Has anyone seen this problem before?
any guidance on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all your help

Welcome to the toner belching monster. Fully vacuum all belched toner from all PCDUs. If there is toner built up between the cleaning blade and apply blade on any PCU, check/replace the lube bar, brush roller - apply and apply blade. Check the settings for all development units match the sticker on the unit. Clean the ID sensor assembly with a soft cotton cloth moistened with water only.

Make the settings in the attached.

Make sure to vacuum or replace the filters in the back left of the machine regularly.

I agree with everyone here. It is horrible machine. All the pcdu's have been pm'd. My problem is down at the ITB cleaning unit. Even though a pig of a machine, I have never had one back up in only 200-300 pages. I'm sure I'm just over looking something. not in a happy place right now.

Check the used toner auger pipe operation for the I.T.B.on the rear of the machine.

I have seen that before also. On this machine the entire ITB, ITB Cleaning Unit, and the toner auger all have been replaced. Along with the entire 150K, 300K maintenance kits, the entire PTR unit, and all the filters.

Here is some info that may help. From the factory Ricoh has been installing a part in the cleaning unit wrong. This was not just some machines but ALL machines. When item #17 on page 86 was installed at factory, instead of having the soft mylar in item #11 on page 88 on top of the item #17 they pushed it down into the cleaning unit. I'm attaching the parts breakdown from the previous model. Both series have the same problem. The 3d parts book on this model bites. Before you reinstall item 17, tape down the mylar ends on item 11 so that toner does not contaminate the wax bars. When you reinstall item 17 you will want to take a piece of legal paper and cut off maybe a inch on the 14 inch side and use it as a loop to keep the mylar up when installing item 17 back into the cleaning unit. After you have most of item 17 back in place, you can pull the paper out. Toner on the wax bars is NOT normal and will shorten the life of this very expensive drum.

You will need to fully breakdown the ITB and clean everything. The big black roller on the bottom is the transfer roller and it pushes the image down onto the paper. if its caked up with toner you will have CQ issues.

                  On a positive note, The C6502 works great.Screen Shot 2016-06-11 at 11.11.56 AM.pdfScreen Shot 2016-06-11 at 11.11.42 AM.pdfrfg046246.pdf
