we always has problem with the MPC3000's heat roller bearing & Bushing, anyone try before using the MP C2550 Heat Roller Bearing replace MPC3000 Heat roller & Bushing. It look ok but wanted to know any other issue if doing that. TQ.

Theoretically they would fit diameter wise, the 0059 is a 20mm diameter inside, the 0066 on the C3000 is 25mm with a bushing thats 20mm diameter filling the 5mm space between the two bearings differences, the problem i would for see is that the plastic bushing also has a lip on the outside thats probably about a couple mm thick which extends right to the retaining rings on each side, without the busings your leaving slack between the retaining ring and bearings not sure how much but if that space is more then 7mm which is the width of 0059 bearing the hot roller could ride out far enough for a bearing to fall out of the pocket, you would need a nylon washer or something to fill that gap between the retaining rings and bearing.Comment
