I had a similar problem with a Ricoh MP171. The solution was 2 parts
1) Upgrade firmware on the machine using SD Card.
2) Create on the windows 10 computer another profile with full admin rights, i.e. User Name and Password and input this in the setting for folder authentication.
That with the correct folder path will get you scanning again.Leave a comment:

upgrade via WIM or upgrade thru SD Card or if you have an @remote services running on it, upgrade remotely then come back the next day to test it.

How can i scan to folder in this printer nothing work
i have creted a folder "Scanner" full shared, my PC is on the net, but the printer don't recognise the way to this folder, i see my pc but not the folder.
i use windows 10 but it was working in win7
can anyone help me!!
