I have already done that, but i checked again and everything is correct at service mode, at tsrc.ricoh-usa.com, i only have two versions of the firmware to this machine, Where i can get older versions? i try RFG e-source but i cant find anything older.

Click on the "I" icon to the right of the firmware in e-source like you were going to subscribe to it. You should see all of the previous versions at the bottom of the page. Just click on the REVISION # and it will give you a link to that version.

Let us know if it does! It just seems odd that you're actually getting the firmware mismatch error. I've never seen that & I've installed a bunch of Fierys. Usually i would get the evil Sc997 instead of any useful info if it was firmware.
