    MP C2003//C3003/C3503/C4503/5503/6003 The front lever was broken

    I faced a few times the front lever was broken at machine installation recently.
    Have you seen this case so far? You might want to check the part, it seesms that the image density was light on the front side of solid image areas if it was broken.

      Wow. Haven't seen that, but I've seen plenty where the PTR spring gets bound up causing uneven CQ.

          I've seen that part broken by customers in the field.
