I would start by replacing the wire and grid and see if that fixes it, if not it may need the whole corona assy, you may also want to make sure you don't have some toner blowing out from the dev unit or toner supply area causing that code.
The other thing to check is on the corona assembly make sure the two springs at the back are sicking out 1/4 inch or more, i have had some slink there way up to the corona unit and not get a good connection to the rear of the machine and cause this code as well, you want good contact between the assembly springs and the block screws in the back of the machine. Anywhere from 180k to pm they tend to fail though and just need to replace the wire and grid.
