Replaced the itb assly and hard drive. They called back for the machine getting stuck on processing again. I here the duplex motor kick on machine goes in standby then motor shuts off and machine is ready. I start my copy job through dp and it will get stuck on processing again . have to reboot to get it ready after removing jam from dp

    Hi

I haven't ever had this issue on this model, however I have similar issues on the Katana model (Pro 1107), this ended up being the fuser coming out of its position slightly during runs.
Its worth a check around the fuser...
Had duplex one way clutches cause issues on this device.
Had wiring harness at the bottom of door, and earth strap break connection.
Had wiring harness in rear of machine rub onto fuser drive motor, this gives weird jamming issues..

Hope any of the above help

I was thinking fuser not keeping temp and also laser just stopping but no codes. Maybe toner supply not fast enough. But it just locks up. I think I'll just go back with the sink and do a process of elimination. Fuser laser some pumps and maybe even the dp io and bcu PCB. Any more ideas appreciated. Maybe there is a tsb out there I don't know about. Thx much

Sounds like that new HDD has a fault. Does it do the same thing with the old one attached? What was the reason for replacing it in the first place?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

I replaced the HD because of the processing problem. That's why I brought it with me when I went back to replace the itb assly. Yes it does the same with the old HD.
