Increase max. number of stored jobs

Hello.

One of my costumers are using Locked print in all Mettis devices. He complains that some jobs did not reach the device.
They have a huge address book (around 500 users) and I remembre it that the default number of jobs is 100 and i tryed to change the SP 1001 005 bit 4 and set to 1. Recording to the servisse manual, when this is enabled the max will be raised to 750 or 1000 (depending on the model).

Well... some devices did not let me change it... When I press # to save it does not save! The devices are the same... What can it be? Firmware? The devices that it not alow me to change it have the latest firmware.

Can sameone give me a clue?

You must delete or print out any locked or hold jobs left on the mfp or you will have the problem you're describing.
