    af 2022

Toner on Copies are like "sculpture" i can feel it with my fingers. And at some areas does not remain on paper. I checked hot and pressure roller pressure and it is ok. I increase the pressure with very little improovement . any idea?

Can't picture the fuser unit but check the the press roller bushings haven't worn. Im Probably talking crap or a collapsed bearing.

Worn hot roller is the usual cause.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

On a machine that old I'd check to see that the plastic pieces that hold the hot roller bearings in place are OK, especially the one next to the hot roller drive gear. When they break there are sometimes fuser error codes too, so I don't know for sure.

+1 On all the comments above.

The other thing to check is that the pressure roller has not collapsed. If you press against in you should feel constant pressure across the whole roller.

On the hot roller comment - check that the right side of the roller is not rammed up against the plastic "wall" on the right side - there should be a visible gap - if not the guides that hold the hotroller in place are missing/broken and the hotroller has moved over to the right side of the fusing unit and the left side bearings have fallen out of their holder.

There is also a green lever on the left of the fusing unit (just before the left mounting screw). If that is pushed down (or missing/broken) there will not be enough pressure to allow the fuser to do its job.
          Press the GREEN button!!

try a different fuser and a different pcu to narrow it down to where the problem is coming from.
the fuser from any of the similar series should work to test it out.
