I am having an issue with the LDAP settings on two of my copiers. I have configured them and they work with communicating to the server but I am running in to two different issues on both of them.
1. I can only search by email, if I search by name it pulls 0 results back.
2. It takes over 45 seconds for it to finally pull results when searching. I did this exact configuration on a few bizhubs in the office and it takes 1-3 seconds every time to pull the information. I am not sure where I could have misconfigured especially since it sees the server.
Any ideas?
