    Ricoh Aficio MPC3001 Error Code 441

    Dear all,
    I have a problem with Rico C3001.
    First of all, there was a problem with quality of printing (displayed line ). I cleaned all developed and everything it was OK . After 4 days the make paper jam and after that she make a noise and appears error code sc441.
    i re-clean again everything but the problem its still appear. can you give me any suggest?

              The massive unit above all the colour drums probably has a rip on the belt, usually near the back, locks up the motor because it can't drive, it's called the itb or image transfer belt NOT the ptr or transfer roller i think your referring too

                              Maybe try a new ITB unit. The rip in the belt is probably getting stuck by the cleaning unit and locking the drive motor causing your error code

                                          D144 6091 for the belt, D089 6022 for the cleaner. Change them as a pair.
                                          It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                                          Hit it.
