Ricoh MP5002 NIB SMB Fails 2012 R2 Server

My current firmware is Network Control System 11.96 what is the current level
to scan to a windows 2012 R2 server

Network Support version 11.96 is the first revision to allow scanning to server 2012r2. However, System/Copy firmware MUST be at 2.08 or higher for this to work. The latest Network Support firmware level is 11.103, and System is at 2.19.
