MP C 3503 Scans are being reduced

Customer is experiencing a problem when they scan to folder, if they go to print the image it comes out much smaller showing some of the effects of the page.
This is occurring in both PDF and TIFF.
The firmware has been updated.
The customer says other things like calendars and excel sheets come out smaller than expected also, but they didn't have any samples.
They are using PCL6 and Windows7 pro.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

i had this on a MP 2550, try cleaning off all the paper size sensors on the adf

Sounds like a software problem to me.

Default in print driver might be set to 93%, or something like that. I have to do that in environments that copy a lot out of books to prevent fuser wraps.

In printer driver set to actual size then print...

I would scan manually off the glass and make sure the scanner is reading it correctly before I looked at the print driver. Could be the scanner is reducing it somehow.

Oops!! Just read where the customer says Excel and calendars do it also. Probably is a print driver setting. May need to delete and reload print driver but more than likely just a setting in the print driver as others have suggested.
