Sr4100 booklet finisher staple issue

Hi everyone,

Customer has a MPC6502 with a Sr4100 booklet finisher. If they were to print a 10 page document (A4) with 2 position staples, 2 or 3 out of the 10 pages will be offset/skewed and not stapled.

Any ideas?

Check to see if the finisher is centred to the device

Also for your reference, the exit unit PN ends in 7009 now
