    MPC2800 driver?

The driver I installed from Ricoh download driver page will not show up the correct finisher (SR3000). When you select accessories three small boxes come up with staple, punch and something else I can't recall at the moment(with no picture of the machine also). The accessories page should look like the attachment I included. I have had this happen on 2 or 3 other machines including a MPC4501. On the MPC4501 when I swapped the printer board there was no change and tried several different drivers. This customer has 4 of them and when I swapped the IP address on the machines to see if it was something in there system there was no change as well. I ended up exchanging the machine. Now I have the same issue on this MPC2800. Any idea's would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Re: MPC2800 driver?

I don't have a C2800 (or similar) to fool around with a PCL 6 driver.
I remember you posted about this same issue on some MP C4000's not so long ago
    Here's all I know:
You can download, Install and configure a PCL 5c Driver without even having the machine connected to the network, and select whatever accessories you want - whether they're actually connected or not.
So I'm comfused as to why you say the accessories aren't available, because I just installed lower trays, an SR3000, and an internal tray on an MP C2800 machine that I don't even have

It sounds to me like you downloaded the PCL6 Driver for Universal Print. I just downloaded and installed both the Universal print and the PCL6 Driver. Only the Universal Print driver gave the accessories options tab with the 3 check boxes. The Universal Print driver is for use when you are pooling multiple devices of different model. Polling requires that all pooled devices sue the same driver. Try downloading the correct driver.
