MPC305 prints one page and then shuts down!

Hi everyone,

We have a customer with a MPC305ZPF which switches off when they send a print job. One page will print and the machine will shut down.

Any ideas?

Can you be a little more specific ?

Does it shut off, throw a code or just stop printing ? Is it only when a print job is sent or when copying too ?

update firmware check smc report for any sc codes
what type of file? does the machine shut down completely?
