MACHINE has made 245k copies . I changed drum at 120k. Now image is light (not too light) . If i change only drum qill it be ok or do i have to replace developer too.

Since the developer is only rated at 300k , I would probably change it now. I always did drum , cleaning blade, charge roller, and developer at the same time . It seemed to work better that way. Make sure that your optics are clean also.

Rule of thumb is if the image is solid, but there is background - drum is toast. iF the image is light, dev is due for replacement.

Not necessarily so with Ricoh 35, 40, 45 and 50 Page models. Regardless of the condition of the drum, if the development roller is coated with toner, it can go from light print to background and back to light print in the matter of hours. Only solution is to clean or replace the development roller, clean all toner residue from the PCU and replace the developer.

Also, use only OEM drums, aftermarket ones suck, especially in that platform.
