MPW5100en not fusing on right hand side

Hi all,

I've got wide format 5100 that won't fuse on the RHS. On a 30' sheet the right most 6 or so inches just rub off. I'm not WF trained ,but I used to work on an old 470. I remember sliding a sensor bracket on the rear of the fuser to adj the fuser pressure. The 5100 has the same set up , but the adjs don't seem to be in the manual. I tried moving the bracket both ways without any significant change. I tried adj sp 1914 for the right side pressure both ways with out any change. Am I missing something here? The hot and pressure rollers look in good shape. I'm going to hunt for my old 470 service manual tonight, but any insights or tips are greatly appreciated.

been working on these for year! If adjusting the fuser temp wont work. Try replacing the fuser lamps. that should do the trick. I have been down this road before!
